Requirements

  • A CV in English is required to apply for this position;
  • Previous experience in the production sector is mandatory;
  • Intermediate English (B1/B2);
  • Nationality of a country of the European Union;
  • Work meticulously, follow rules in matters and know how to deal with things;
  • Proactive work attitude;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand during shift;
  • Availability to live and work with multiple nationalities;
  • Availability to stay in the Netherlands for a long period (minimum 6 months).

Responsibilities

  • Production Line Preparation: set up and prepare machines and equipment for the start of production;
  • Ensure that all necessary tools are ready and in good condition;
  • Equipment Operation: operate production machines and equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures;
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient, high-quality production;
  • Product Inspection: carry out regular quality checks on products in the manufacturing process;
  • Basic Maintenance: perform basic preventive maintenance on machines as needed;
  • Notify the maintenance team of more complex problems;
  • Packaging and Labeling: packaging finished products according to company specifications.
  • Strictly follow the established safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to optimize production flow; communicate effectively with the team to resolve issues and ensure smooth production.
  • Flexible Hours: Be willing to work different shifts if necessary to meet production needs.
